About Our Organization

Kenzi's Causes is a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made through our platform are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We will provide written acknowledgment of all donations of $250 or more as required by the IRS.

Donations

• All donations are final and non-refundable unless made in error.
• Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time through your donor portal or by contacting us.
• Kenzi's Causes reserves the right to use donations for the general purposes of the organization if a specific program is discontinued.
• Tax receipts will be issued for all donations via email.

Donor Portal

Access to the donor portal is provided to donors who create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at info@kenziscauses.org if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, images, text, and program names such as Kenzi's Kidz, Sportz4Kidz, and Packz4Kidz — is the property of Kenzi's Causes and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Kenzi's Causes provides this website "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information provided herein.

Governing Law
