Our Volunteer Community
None of what we do would be possible without our incredible volunteer community. Each year, hundreds of Coloradans give their time and energy to pack backpacks, staff events, sort toys, and create moments of joy for thousands of children. Volunteer Opportunities
Toy Shop
November – December
Help sort, organize, and stock toys for our annual Toy Shop events. Also needed: check-in volunteers, family guides, and load-in/load-out crew.
Packz 4 Kidz
July – August
Pack backpacks with school supplies, assist at distribution events, and help coordinate logistics across our Colorado locations.
Golf & Gala Events
Spring & Fall
Assist with our signature fundraising events — Golf 4 Kidz, Gala 4 Kidz, Heads or Tails, and more. Help with registration, setup, and guest experience.
Kenzi's Kidz Monthly Events
Year-round
Help facilitate our monthly enrichment events for enrolled families — bowling nights, movie screenings, craft workshops, and seasonal activities.
Warehouse & Logistics
Year-round
Help receive, sort, and organize donated goods at our storage facilities. Great for those who prefer behind-the-scenes work.
Skills-Based Volunteering
Year-round
Contribute professional skills — marketing, photography, social media, grant writing, accounting, or legal. Remote opportunities available.

Corporate Volunteer Groups
Looking for a meaningful team-building opportunity? Bring your company, organization, or group to volunteer with Kenzi's Causes. Corporate volunteer groups are especially impactful during our Toy Shop and Packz 4 Kidz seasons. We can accommodate groups of 5 to 200+ and will work with you to find the right fit.
