Help us raise $19,000 this Colorado Gives Day

In 2007, Jessica Bachus experienced the unimaginable loss of her daughter, Kenzi, who was stillborn at 6 months. That Christmas, determined to turn her grief into something meaningful, Jessica collected 150 dolls to give to girls in the Denver metro area who might otherwise go without a holiday gift.

What began with 150 dolls has grown into Kenzi's Causes, a statewide nonprofit that has impacted more than 230,000 Colorado children.

Today, Kenzi's Causes provides opportunities, resources, and support to children and families through four programs:

• Toy Shop: Provides new toys and stuffed animals to children during the holiday season.

• Packz4Kidz: Gives children new backpacks filled with essential school supplies.

• Kenzi's Kidz: Offers year-round support, educational opportunities, and family experiences to families facing financial challenges.

• Sportz4Kidz: Removes financial barriers to youth sports by covering registration fees, uniforms, and equipment.

This Colorado Gives Day, our goal is to raise $19,000 to continue changing the lives of Colorado children, and we need your help!

Colorado Gives Day is Tuesday, December 8, and early giving begins today. Every donation made between today and December 8 receives a boost from the $1 million+ Incentive Fund, allowing your generosity to go even further.

There are even more reasons to give:

• New monthly donations are eligible for a match on the first $100, while matching funds last.

• Gifts of $100 or more are eligible for hourly Southwest Airlines ticket drawings on December 8.

Your gift can make a meaningful difference:

• $15 can provide a new holiday toy to a child.

• $25 can help purchase school supplies for a student.

• $50 can provide a backpack filled with school supplies.

• $100 can help remove financial barriers to sports participation or provide essential resources for families.
