Toy Shop Sign-Ups: A New Registration Process for All Locations

Kenzi’s Causes is getting ready to bring holiday joy to children across Colorado! This year, we are using a new online registration process for all Toy Shop locations.

Every family must complete the required account, document approval, and survey steps before attending a Toy Shop. Please start early so our team has time to review your documents.

How you attend depends on your location:

• Denver, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo: Event registration opens November 29, 2026, at 9 a.m. Mountain Time. You must complete the required steps below before you can register.

• Grand Junction, Fort Collins, and Longmont: These events will remain first-come, first-served. However, you cannot enter the event unless you have completed your account setup, received document approval, and completed the survey beforehand. Completing these steps does not reserve your place.

Step 1: Sign Up and Add ALL Your Children and Documents

Visit register.kenziscauses.org. You only need your email address to get started.

Add yourself and ALL your children before you hit submit. You will also need to upload:

• A photo ID for yourself.

• A birth certificate for each child, or another document that shows your name, your child’s name, and your child’s date of birth.

Please upload ALL required documents before you hit submit. If anything is missing, you will receive a message asking you to upload it. We cannot approve your documents until we have everything we need.

Step 2: Give Our Team Time to Review

Our team will review your documents. We will either approve them or ask you for more information.

Approval will not happen right away. We are reviewing documents for more than 4,000 children and their parents. Thank you for your patience as we review each family’s information.

Step 3: Watch for a Message From Us

We will let you know when your documents are approved or if we need more information.

If we ask for more documents, please log back into your account and upload them. We can't complete your review until we receive all required documents.

Step 4: Complete Your Survey

Please complete the survey as soon as you receive it.

If you are attending Denver, Colorado Springs, or Pueblo, the website will direct you to the registration queue after you finish the survey. The queue will open on November 29, 2026, at 9 a.m. Mountain Time.

Seeing the queue page does not mean you are registered for a Toy Shop. You must complete event registration when it opens.

Families attending Grand Junction, Fort Collins, or Longmont must also complete the survey before attending, even though those events remain first-come, first-served.

Step 5: Follow the Process for Your Toy Shop Location

Denver, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo

Register on November 29, 2026, beginning at 9 a.m. Mountain Time. Only families with approved documents and a completed survey can register.

Creating your account, receiving document approval, and completing the survey do not replace event registration.

Grand Junction, Fort Collins, and Longmont

These Toy Shops will remain first come, first served. You must complete your account setup, receive document approval, and finish the survey before you arrive.

You cannot enter the event without completing these steps. Completing them does not reserve your place.

Choose Only One Location

Families may attend only one Toy Shop location. Please check your location carefully before submitting your information. If you select the wrong location, it will take additional time to change it.

Before You Attend

Please keep these reminders in mind:

• Complete Step 1 before emailing us with questions.

• Please do not email to ask for a review update. Our team will contact you when your review is complete or if we need more information.

• Once your documents are approved, you will not need to provide them again. We will delete the uploaded documents from our system 45–60 days after approval.

• Bring your photo ID on Toy Shop day. You will also receive a QR code for our team to scan when you arrive.

We know this process is new, and we appreciate your patience as we make this change. Completing each step ahead of time will help our team prepare to welcome your family.
