Dolls for Daughters® is pleased to announce our partnership with Picture The Day. Picture the Day will be capturing the memories of our 1st Annual Toy Shop where Dolls for Daughters® plans to give away 3,000 new toys to boys and girls in need this holiday season.
Dolls for Daughters® founder Jessica Bachus has known the owners of Picture the Day since 2006 and used them for her own wedding. When Jessica asked co-owner Teddi Maull to support Dolls for Daughters® there was no hesitation on Teddi’s part.
We wanted to share with you Teddi’s feeling on partnering with Dolls for Daughters®.
“I support Dolls for Daughters® because it is one of the ways I remember Kenzi. I was so thrilled for you (the Bachus Family) guys when you told me you were pregnant with her! Then when you called to let me know that she was born sleeping I was shocked, I didn’t want to believe it. I remember coming to your home and struggling to hold the tears back as we talked about beautiful baby Kenzi. I will never forget that day, it still brings tears to my eyes. I am so proud of you for starting this organization that not only helps children in our communities, but also raises awareness about stillbirth and the affect it can have on families. I am grateful to be able to support Dolls for Daughters® and honor Kenzi’s memory with the gift of photography.”
Teddi Maull is co-owner of Picture The Day, a local photography company specializing in wedding, maternity, and newborn photography.
