5th Annual Tea Party at Wystone’s World Teas on April 29th! Will You Join Us?

Dolls for Daughters®’ 5th annual “Dolly Tea Party” will take place for mothers, daughters, sisters and friends on Sunday, April 29th from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. Our tea party will be held at Wystone’s World Teas located in Belmar at 7323 West Alaska Drive, Lakewood, Colorado 80226. Each guest is asked to bring a NEW doll (or even two!) to donate to Dolls for Daughters® for our Annual Toy Shop to take place later this year. Our goal for this year’s tea party event is to collect 40 new dolls.

Children are encouraged to bring along their most favorite and very special doll or teddy bear to sit with them while they enjoy the tea party. Kreativ Pixels will be taking pictures of the event, and we will have a face painter on hand to decorate the faces of anyone interested in a little extra “adornment.” Be sure to dress for this special occasion—tea party attire is suggested to make our time together more festive. If you purchase your child’s clothing from Little Me’s in Cherry Creek North (located at 3000 E. 3rd, Denver 80206), they will donate 10% back to Dolls for Daughters®. To learn more about Little Me’s, be sure to visit their website.

The cost to attend the tea party is $25 for two people, which includes several tea options and a tea tray of delicious edibles. For each additional person, the cost is $12.50. Seating is limited and reservations are required. You can call 303-663-5775 or email info.AT.wystonestea.com or go to opentable.com (be sure to note you are attending the Tea Party) to reserve your spot.

As an added treat, Reign Denver and Little Me’s are going to provide Swag Bags to everyone who attends the tea party, along with Doll Tea provided by Wystone’s.

We hope you’ll join us this year at this very special event.

Kenzi's Causes

In 2007, Jessica Bachus started Dolls for Daughters®, after her daughter Kenzi was stillborn. She created an annual holiday Toy Drive for Colorado children who would not otherwise have toys during the holidays. Today, Kenzi's Causes collects more than 100,000 toys, stocking stuffers, books, toothbrush/toothpaste kits, backpacks, lunch boxes and other items to change the lives of children in Colorado through our programs. At this annual event, families are also provided with community resources to help improve their lives and the lives of their children.
