Cherry Creek High School Swim & Dive Team Donate New Dolls

Members of the Cherry Creek High School Swim and Drive team are made up of amazing young women who wanted to give back this holiday season. Dolls for Daughters® was lucky enough to be the program these young women wanted to help out and help out they did. Members collected 120 new dolls to donated to our 2009 doll drive.

I was able to meet a few of these amazing young women when I picked up the dolls from them on their home turf, their swimming pool. Imagine my surprise when I walk in to see 120 dolls along the blue bleachers. I thought maybe they would donate 25-50 dolls but these young women came together for a cause and collected 120. There were no words to express my gratitude to them at the time and I still lack words to adequately describe my appreciation for what they have done.
