Seven Seas, located in South Akumal, consists of six beachfront condominium units, nestled in a quiet, gated neighborhood of private homes, one mile south of the village of Akumal.  Visitors can make the short drive to Akumal to find a variety of dining options.  While fine dining is available, Akumal boasts a number of more casual, “toes in the sand” establishments, most directly on the Caribbean. 

The beach here is soft and is wonderful for swimming and snorkeling. The large pool on the beach side of the property is great for cooling off. Shade palapas, sea kayaks and great snorkeling make this a perfect place to relax and enjoy the setting.  It is not uncommon to have the entire stretch of South Akumal beach completely to yourself.
