How Spreading a Culture of Service Uplifts Communities
From lifting pallets to keeping your warehouse organized, a forklift is crucial in any warehouse operation. But did you know that forklifts can also be used to uplift communities and improve lives? This is something Arnold Machinery, a heavy equipment supplier for mining, construction, material handling, and farming, knows firsthand.
For the past four years, Arnold Machinery has loaned forklifts free of charge to Safelite, a corporate sponsor of our annual toy drive initiatives. The forklifts are used to load and unload donations and toys off delivery trucks. Because of their generosity, we can serve underprivileged Colorado families and children more effectively and efficiently.
So why does this large organization that serves high-level decision-makers across multiple industries support our causes? It's because this company has fostered a culture of service at all levels, whether it is with their stakeholders, customers, or even underprivileged families in their communities. Arnold Machinery employee Britten Harmon explains,
