A Kenzi’s Kidz Family Spotlight
At Kenzi's Causes, we understand that beyond the material support, what families truly need is a sense of belonging and a supportive community. This month, we're honored to highlight the Quintana family, who have been apart of our Kenzi's Kidz program for three years. Through their journey, we've seen firsthand the profound impact of providing not just resources but also a network of care and belonging.
Shantel Quintana is a devoted mother to her son, Xavier, a bright and energetic 10-year-old. Xavier is an aspiring artist and video game enthusiast who brings boundless creativity and joy to his family. Together, they enjoy outdoor adventures and cherish their Sunday traditions of cooking, composing music, and spending time together.
For the Quintana family, Kenzi's Kidz has been a lifeline during challenging times. Shantel shares, "The support from Kenzi's Kidz has helped a lot through tough times we might be facing throughout the year." Beyond just financial assistance, our program provides a sense of community and connection, reminding families that they are not alone in their struggles.
Being part of the Kenzi's Kidz program has provided the Quintana family with a profound sense of belonging. Shantel shares, "What I like most about being apart of the Kenzi Kids program is my son gets to feel like a Kid and join in... having a Kenzi Kids event gets me out of my comfort zone and let’s me bond with my son and other great parents who can relate."
