How to Donate Stock

Step 1: Confirm Eligibility

You can donate most publicly traded U.S. securities, including:

  • Stocks

  • Mutual funds

  • ETFs

If the asset is not already on the SEI platform, we can typically add it within 24 hours, as long as it trades on an American exchange. Private alternatives and complex instruments may not be eligible.
